How to use our online store
To find an item, use the search bar in the top centre of the website, or browse through our collections using the navigation menu in the Home menu. When you find a product that you would like to purchase, you can click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. Once you have finished your product selections, click ‘Checkout’.

At the checkout, you will be asked to enter your delivery and payment details. Your credit card details are securely transmitted using industry standard SSL encryption technology.

If you wish to purchase more than one of an item, click 'Add to Cart' the number of times of the quantity you wish - or go to the Shopping Cart page and click + or 1 to adjust the quantity.

You are welcome to telephone us on (08) 9841 6171 with questions prior to purchasing online. You can also leave a message for us in the comments box on the checkout page of your order.

Postage/shipping costs will be automatically added to your order at the checkout.

You will receive an automatic confirmation of your order by email. Should you not receive this email, it means that your order may not have been confirmed. Please contact us to check.

A tax invoice will be emailed once your order has left our warehouse or ready to be picked up.

Can I add items after placing my order?
Sorry we cannot add items to the order once it has been submitted, however you are welcome to place a second order and leave a note at checkout.

What if an item I would like is out of stock?
Please email us at and we can get back to you regarding stock levels and expected delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can complete a secure transaction and pay by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) via PayPal.

Click & Collect
You can shop online and pick up at our store for free. Simply choose this option at checkout. We will contact you by phone or email when your order is ready in store for you to collect. 9 Minna St Albany WA 6330

Can I pick up in store?
Yes! Please select pickup option at checkout and the postage will automatically change to free pickup.

When can I pick up the items?
We ask that you allow 24 hours for us to put aside your items ready for pickup. We will email you when ready. Or, if you need your stuff sooner- please give us a call on (08) 9841 6171 and we’ll try to get it ready ASAP.

Can a friend pick it up for me?
Yes- just put your friend’s name in the notes section and make sure they have photo ID on them.

When will my items be posted?
We usually post within 2 business days if all items are in stock.
You will receive a confirmation email when we have posted your package.

Do you offer international post?
YES!  If you have any questions please email us at or send an inquiry through our Contact Us page.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns simply because you don’t like something or change your mind.

All goods in Australia are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty.

Faulty goods: should you believe a product is faulty, please email us immediately to discuss the best course of action. Please do not return products without first contacting us.

Please do take care with packaging the items as we cannot take responsibility for any damage in return transit.

Any item returned to us must be unused and have original packaging and labelling intact. If you are unsure whether a product can be returned, please contact us.
