Spare Parts Ordering – Customer Information
This policy is designed to be fair and transparent and operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantees provided by law.
Special Order (Customer-Specific)
• Any units or parts that are ordered specifically for a customer must be
paid for in full prior to ordering.
• Orders will not be placed without full payment being received.
Collection of Custom Order
• Custom orders must be collected within 7 days of the customer being
notified that the order has arrived.
• If the order is not collected within this timeframe, a folding/ storage fee
will orccor if without prior arrangements.
Refunds On Custom Order Parts
• Where the custom order parts are paid for, ordered, and cancelled due
to a change of mind, they are then non-refundable and if not collected will
be put on consignment.
• The balance may be refunded at our discretion, subject to the part being resold or
otherwise recoverable.
