      Spare Parts Ordering – Customer Information

      This policy is designed to be fair and transparent and operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantees provided by law.

      Stocked Spare Parts
      • Stocked spare parts that are requested but not paid for will be held for a maximum of 14 days from the date of request.
      • If payment is not received within this period, the parts will be returned to general stock and may be sold to another customer.

      Special Order (Customer-Specific) Spare Parts
      • Spare parts that are ordered specifically for a customer must be paid for in full prior to ordering.
      • Orders will not be placed without full payment being received.

      Collection of Special Order Parts
      • Special order parts must be collected within 30 days of the customer being notified that the parts have arrived.
      • If parts are not collected within this timeframe, we reserve the right to place the parts into general stock.

      Refunds on Uncollected Special Order Parts
      • Where special order parts are paid for, ordered, and not collected within 30 days, or cancelled due to a change of mind, a 50% non-refundable amount may be retained to cover reasonable costs associated with ordering, handling, and restocking.
      • The remaining balance may be refunded, subject to the part being resold or otherwise recoverable.
